Join us for hacks on how to lead through 3 stages of exponential growth

Being a leader is not always a walk in the park. Being a leader for a company that experiences exponential growth can at times be a real struggle. Does it sound familiar? If you want to get inspired by people who have been through different stages of growth, this is the event for you.

Based on some of our Epicenter programs we have identified three growth stages that leaders as well as companies find complex. These are the topics we will have experienced people talking about:

  1. From idea to hiring talent with Marianne Bratt Ricketts
  2. From team to teams with Daniel Karlsen
  3. From local to global with Carl Christensen

At the end of the event we will host a laid back talk on stage about leadership, and make sure to provide you with some tips and tricks from our dear guests on stage. Hopefully this will give you insight to the importance of leadership when growing your company, and give you some inspiration on how to lead through exponential growth.
